SFP 95 - Episode 95: Writing the Headlines of our Life Today: What we can learn from going through cancer for the situation we are in right now with Brigitte Lavoie
“What do I want to say at the end of this experience? What are the things that I hope I would have accomplished at the end of this experience?”
“‘You must have good reasons‘ made a huge difference in our interaction.”
“Imagine you have a conflict with someone that you have to stay home with because of COVID-19. And you spend two days just remembering what you like about that person and writing it down is going to change your attitude towards that person.”
“We underestimate our capacities to get through rough times.”

Dear Elfie, Dominik and Brigitte,
Thank you so much for another valuable podcast!
Wouldn’t it be great to make organisations who work for/with people who have to deal with cancer (also relatives and friends!!) aware of this podcast? I think it would be hugely helpful.
Thank you for singing! Will stay in my mind!
Uhmm, just a wild guess: Dominik do you want to be a camel? Going on and on and on, helping others on their journey while having (water) resources for yourself for a long long time … 🙂
For me, haha, I think I’d like to be a monkey, a chimpansee : joyful, elastic (would stand for me for creativity), social and taking care of others (they flea each other) through simple Solution Focus communication tools so they can live happily …
Thanks again for your great work for/with the SF community: making us feel connected, strong and make others, I’m sure, very welcome to join!
Smile, Ella
