SFP 92 - Episode 92: Covid-19: Stories of Hope with Kenneth Kwan, Elfie Czerny and Dominik Godat
“The good thing is the conversation started focusing on ‘Ok, what’s next? And what would we like to see be different in the way we handle the situation moving forward?‘”
“The thing, I think a lot of leaders should do (…) to just share the human stories behind. (…) People need to see how is this applied to their situation. (…) And we want them to know that there is hope.”
“It’s a part of a possible big change, just started with this little spark that can become a huge flame.”
“We will not talk about that this is not serious. And we can talk about ‘What would you like to see in this situation that we are right now?’, ‘What do we want in this moment?’, ‘How would we notice?’ and ‘What differences would that make?’ and then find out what could be good next ideas, good next steps, or also signs of progress.”
“If we are able to refocus, then I think we made a big step. And if our actions are not guided by fear, but guided by love, we will make a difference.”
“If we start to ask ourselves ‘What tiny little thing can we do right now in order to contribute to our preferred future or a better future or to handle the situation better?’ then we start to be able to act and we see that we can make a difference.”

Liebe Elfie, lieber Dominik,
Elfie & Dominik & Bibi
