The List of Progress – an uplifting progressive affair!

Are you also asking yourself sometimes in the evenings: “What did I actually do today?” We are often very productive and don’t see it.

An encouraging way to make your productivity visible is the list of progress*. We came up with this uplifting version a few years ago and have loved it ever since:

• 1.) Choose a number between 30 and 50 at the beginning of your day.
• 2.) During the day draw a stroke on a tally list every time you do something – no matter how small it may be.

Wrote an email? Check! Had a conversation! Check! Finished a task? Check! Showed appreciation? Check!
