How could calibration change the world?

As we saw in the last two days, calibration is a three-step process that takes place in a conversation on average every five seconds. In the beginning calibration sounds technical. We believe, however, that calibration can change the world. The implications are groundbreaking.

We collaborate constantly
Calibration shows that we constantly collaborate together in our conversations. What we do, we do together. Always!

Observe your descriptions
When you talk about your conversations today, observe how you talk about them. Do you describe them as something you did together? Or more like something that you did? What implications could it have, when we all talk about conversations as something we do together?

Learn more about observing conversations in our 4-week online course “Explore your Interactions: Applying Microanalysis of Face-to-Face Dialogue in Your Conversations“. The next course starts on January, 14, 2021.
