How we almost missed our preferred future – another Sunday story from on the road!

What are our best hopes from designing our camper van “Hearty”? This was one of the most helpful questions before our journey. Talking about our best hopes always led us to a great mood and a lot of energy. We discovered that our best hopes are about to being fulfilled, when our Hearty makes other people smile, invites them to get in touch with us, makes them wave at us with a bright and friendly hello while driving by on the road, and invites them to check our website to learn more about our journey and the Solution Focused approach.

This Thursday, 6 months after we moved into our Hearty, we realized that we almost missed our preferred future! On the road from Tallahassee to Pensacola (Florida) a man drove by, honked, turned down his window, and shouted with a bright smile on his face „I’m on your website! I really like your message and look forward to learn more.“ before he moved on. Well, you should have seen our smiles 😉

In the evening we talked about our highlights of the day. Only then, when we recalled this short encounter on the road, we realized that we talked about situations like that months ago back home in Switzerland and that this was exactly one of the signs of our best hopes being fulfilled.

Our preferred future is happening right now and it’s so easy to miss it. It taught us again to be aware of those signs of progress, to discover them and celebrate them.
