The “Nikolaus” is here!

In Austria and Switzerland, where we come from, there is a tradition on December 6: The “Nikolaus” (Austria) or “Santiklaus” (Switzerland) comes to all the kids and wants to know if they have behaved well during the year*.

Let’s celebrate Nikolaus in a Solution Focused way. Let’s be the Solution Focused “Nikolaus” today and focus on what worked: Have a Solution Focused conversation with someone today and especially find out what the person did this year that was useful for her/him to get where she is today and that might even be useful for her/his preferred future.
