SFP 70 - Episode 70: What's your URP? Helping Small Businesses and Charities to Grow with Andrew Gibson
„It (SF) helps people very quickly and efficiently to make progress on their own terms.“
„If they tell me who else is involved and how it helps them and what differences it is making for them, for the other people involved in this, that’s how we start looking to see who is going to benefit the most.”
„People think of the action as the solution. (…) And of course, our solution-focused practice is to think about the outcomes and the preferred future before you take action. And that is fundamentally different.”

Wonderful to hear Andrew’s voice after having read his book!
I hope his book will find it’s way to many MANY people.
I have recently made a decision to put my small free lance ‘business’ prior to my work as a substitute teacher at (special education) primary schools.
The book: “What’s your URP?” has been of huge value in order to make my next sf steps in business!
I’ve written a review on the Dutch online website http://www.bol.com about the book. It doesn’t show yet, so I would like to show it here. Not sure how many times I will have to try before bol.com will finally show my work 🙂
“Andrew Gibson tells you in a simple inspiring style what to think about and what to do in order to get your business going. The business you love to work for, think through 7 days a week and share stories about… (The work you love to do within a business/company).
A very good read, could be life changing and business upgrading. Certainly mind opening inspiring!”
Thank you Elfie, Dominik AND Bibiana for this inspiring interview!
